    Choose the resume package that aligns with your goals and complete your payment securely online.

    2. Complete the Intake Form
    You’ll receive a confirmation email right after checkout with a link to our Client Intake For. The form is also available directly at checkout and throughout the website. This is where you’ll share your background, career goals, and any documents we need to get started.

    3. Research & Strategy Alignment
    In the first 24 hours, our team reviews your intake form and researches current trends in your industry and target job market. We use this insight to set expectations, identify opportunities, and shape your brand for maximum visibility.

    4. Meet Your Writer
    Once research is complete, a professional resume writer will be assigned to your project. They’ll reach out to confirm next steps and gather any final details we need.

    5. Review Your Draft
    You’ll receive a personalized first draft to review. From there, we’ll make revisions based on your feedback, up to the number included with your package, to ensure your resume is polished, aligned with your goals, and ready to stand out.

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, CashApp, and Venmo. Secure payments are processed seamlessly for your convenience.

  • We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, before a writer has been assigned. Once a writer is assigned, refunds are only considered if we have not addressed the specific concerns raised during the review period. If you're not satisfied with revisions, we'll gladly work with you to make it right.

  • No problem. Once your payment is submitted, you’ll receive an email with a link to our Client Intake Form, where you can provide the details we need to get started. You’ll also see the form right after checkout.

    • Maverick Starter Package: Includes up to 2 rounds of revisions if needed.

    • Maverick Job Application Pro, Executive & Federal Packages: Includes up to 3 rounds of revisions to ensure your documents are fully aligned with your goals.

  • You’ll receive email updates at each stage of the process, so you’ll always know where your order stands. If you ever have questions, you can reach out to us directly for a quick update.

  • If you require further revisions after the review period, additional services can be purchased at an affordable rate. Simply reach out to us, and we’ll provide options to ensure your documents are polished and job-ready.

  • Yes! Once you’ve been assigned a writer, you’ll receive their contact information for seamless communication throughout the process.
