We offer a full refund within 24 hours of purchase as long as work hasn’t started. After that, we’ll work with you through the revision period to make sure you're satisfied.

5. Delivery Timeline
Standard turnaround times range from 5 to 10 business days depending on the package. Expedited services may be available upon request and for an additional fee.

6. Revisions
Each package includes limited rounds of revisions as stated. Additional edits beyond the scope may be subject to additional charges. Revisions must be requested within 7 days of receiving the final draft.
